Everything was great and within 21 minutes' drive of London Heathrow airport. The employees were efficient and kept it all fairly clean.

Unique location, in the middle of nature. The beautiful park-like garden invites you to linger and relax. Our room was very well kept, the bathroom extremely clean and spacious. Very attentive and friendly staff. The breakfast in buffet form leaves nothing to be desired. . We felt very well and we'll be happy to come back. Many thanks for the free upgrade.

I had a nice stay, especially enjoying the spacious classic double room and the gardens where I could unwind with a glass of wine. Breakfast was also decent, though on the pricier side.

Excellent food: in most hotels the dishes all start to taste the same after a few day. Not here, every dish was different and delicious. Excellent service : waiters were attentive, helpful, friendly. Neither intrusive nor obsequious.
Minor things only. Small side table had wonky legs that fell off and had to be repaired. A little disappointing that the staff had not noticed and dealt with this automatically. Too many pillows.
